Why Go Solar?

Installing solar can significantly lessen or eliminate your costly electric bill and can help reduce your home's carbon footprint.
There has never been a better opportunity to go solar in Massachusetts. The state and federal government are continuously giving out rebates that make solar affordable. With rebates and improvements in equipment manufacturing, the cost of solar is at a historic low.
Invaleon will make sure that you get the maximum benefit from solar, while keeping the process hassle free.

What are SMART incentives?

Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target Program (SMART) is the "next generation" solar incentive program, which launched on Nov. 26, 2018. Under SMART, the utility (National Grid, Eversource, etc.) will pay the owner of the solar array for all electricity that is produced by the system and sent to the electrical grid.

Solar array owners will be assigned a 'base rate' for their solar electricity, which is dependent on their utility service area and when they apply for incentives under the SMART program.*

What are the
environmental benefits?

Natural gas and coal currently account for more than 75% of the electricity generated in Massachusetts. These fossil fuels have a detrimental impact on our communities and the environment.

Solar is emerging as a practical alternative source of energy that is both sustainable and eco-friendly.

What are the advantages of solar?

•The cleanest form of energy - No burning, no waste, no emissions.
•A 5kW system (typical residential size) reduces your carbon footprint by eliminating 3.98 tons (10,300 lbs) of CO2 out of the air for each year that the system is in operation.
•Your 5kW system reduces carbon dioxide emissions at the same annual pace as 200 adult trees.
